I grew up watching family members follow one failed diet after another. That experience drove me to understand food science at a deep level โ€” and to build a practice that actually helps people long-term.

I spent 6 years as a registered dietitian in the NHS before building my private practice. I've worked in gastroenterology, oncology, and community settings, which gives me a breadth of clinical experience most nutrition coaches can't match.
